A method of stripping voltammetric determination of the chromium content released into model media from household utensils by stripping voltammetry has been developed. The optimal conditions for the analysis of the chromium content have been determined: background electrolyte? an aqueous solution of HNO 3 with a concentration of 0.4 mol / L, the accumulation of chromate ions on the surface of the C / Ag electrode at a potential of +200 mV for 60 - 80 s, recording the current-voltage curve from +200 up to -350 mV at a potential sweep rate of 600 mV / s.
