Abstract
The chemical activity to cement alkalis (ASR interaction) of porous fillers - foam ceramics and geopenositals (analogs of foam glass and foam glass) in an alkaline medium simulating the liquid phase of hardening cement - has been investigated. It was found that devitrification of the glass melt in the process of thermally activated pore formation increases the ASR stability of ceramic foam fillers provided that the crystals are uniformly distributed over the pore wall thickness. It is shown that in an alkaline medium, the active surface of ceramic foam fillers is encapsulated by crystalline Ca-, Na-aluminosilicates and further ASR interaction stops.

Abstract
A ceramic brick was obtained on the basis of intershale clay and slag from burning brown coal without using traditional natural raw materials. Studies have shown that the ferrous compounds on the surface of the test samples (the oxidizing environment predominates) is mainly represented by hematite, and in the center (reducing environment) - magnetite. In this case, Fe

is reduced to Fe

and an early formation of a liquid phase occurs, which favors the occurrence of reactions of mullite formation, which determines the main physicomechanical parameters of ceramics. In the studied samples, there are mainly relatively large pores (up to 40 ?m) oval and pores of the type & # 171; channels & # 187;

Abstract
A study of the process of removing the organic component from composites (photopolymer / calcium phosphate) of complex architecture, obtained by 3D printing for the creation of personalized bioceramic implants, has been carried out. Ceramic materials with a complex pore space organization were obtained by stereolithographic printing. The effect of the degree of polymerisation of the composite on the final density of calcium phosphate ceramic materials of complex architecture is shown.

Abstract
Using the methods of mathematical modeling, a theoretical and computational study of thermal processes in regenerative heat exchangers of glass-making furnaces has been carried out. Based on the data obtained, recommendations were developed to improve the efficiency and service life of heat exchangers of this type. These recommendations can be used both in the design of new glass melting furnaces and in the modernization of existing glass melting complexes.
