Control of the tank furnace heating rate proceeding from the homogeneity of the yielded glass

Mathematical models have been developed that describe the dependence of homogeneity, defects and specific heat consumption on the cooking mode. The efficiency of using the daily change in the homogeneity and density of glass for controlling the thermal regime of the bath of the glass-making furnace is shown. Tab. 1, bibliography: 2 titles.
