Frequency dependence of the electric strength of dielectrics upon intrinsic breakdown

It is shown that the dependence of the dielectric strength of solid dielectrics on frequency is determined by the corresponding dependence of the dielectric constant, and it sharply decreases in the region of dispersion frequencies during elastic vibrations and on relaxators (under the condition & # 969; _o = 1 / & # 964;) with relaxation oscillations.
