The solid-phase synthesis of gadolinium titanate, stannate and zirconate has been studied. It was shown that these compounds can be obtained at 700 ° C. Obtained ceramics based on Gd 2 Zr 2 O 7 , Gd 2 Ti 2 O 7 , Gd 2 Sn 2 O 7 . It was found that the partial substitution of Zr, Ti, and Sn (IV) with each other makes it possible to reduce the sintering temperature. Tab. 1, ill. 4, bibliography: 5 titles.
