Aspects of the technology of creating tubular substrates based on corundum for membranes are considered. The ratio of the components and the rheological properties of the slip have been determined. Experiments on the deposition of a selective layer on the substrate have been carried out.
The developed composition and manufacturing technology of the workpiece make it possible to create substrates with an open channel porosity of about 42%, a pore size of no more than 1 ?m, and a flexural strength of 20 MPa.
