A method of manufacturing high-density single-phase high-purity ceramics from difficult-to-sinter complex oxides is described. Two powders: a high-temperature composition (HTS), located close to the composition of the complex oxide, and a low-temperature composition (LTS), located next to the eutectic closest to the complex oxide, are mixed to obtain a complex oxide of stoichiometric composition. The liquid phase formed during firing from the low-temperature fusion promotes liquid-phase sintering, and then disappears, forming a complex oxide. The method allows the production of dense ceramics without introducing sintering additives leading to the appearance of? phase. The possibility of implementing the method is shown by examples of? -Spodumene and mullite
