Samples in the form of ingots of aluminum oxynitride (alona) Al 5 O 6 N were obtained by SHS metallurgy using thermite-type mixtures. The experiments were carried out in SHS reactors at an initial nitrogen pressure of 5 MPa. The optimal conditions for the synthesis of the phase of the most stable aluminum oxynitride Al 5 O 6 N. The modes of grinding synthesized ingots into powders of certain fractions have been developed. By the method of spark plasma sintering (IPA), prototypes with high density, hardness and light transmittance were obtained from them.
