The article presents the results of an experimental study of the influence of the influence of twisting and bending forces on the terminals of sealed metal-glass products (MSI), leading to depressurization. The critical values ??of the angles of rotation and bending of the leads at which the glass starts to break are indicated. Shown are the technological features of the manufacture of MSI, which increase the strength properties of the metal-to-glass junction.
The results obtained are of interest in the manufacture of various sealed relays and devices, explain the possible reasons for the depressurization of devices.
An analysis of the use of refractory products in an electric glass furnace is carried out. The prospects of using chromium-corundum ceramic refractories in electric furnaces on the basis of their operating experience are noted.
The understanding of the problems of glass enterprises in the course of cold and hot repairs of glass melting furnaces is reflected. JSC "DINUR" offers assistance and joint cooperation with glass enterprises. New developments of refractory products have been proposed, including the DSU-1 glass-linas grade, the characteristics of which make it possible to increase the operating life of the furnace. The characteristics of other refractory materials that can be used in various structural units of a glass furnace (vaults, regenerators, suspended walls, an arch of a loading pocket, burner blocks) are considered in detail.
The developed molding gypsum of improved quality is used in the casting of ceramic products using traditional and multiple casting technologies (Spagless). Such gypsums provide an increase in casting performance, an increase in the life cycle of gypsum molds and burrs.
Methods for measuring temperature and gas gradients in batch furnaces of a number of Gzhel enterprises for the production of artistic porcelain are considered. It is noted that the method of mapping furnaces of batch operation applied by the authors makes it possible to determine the gradients of temperatures and gaseous medium in the volume of the furnace cage. In this case, samples of porcelain mass, colored with iron and manganese oxides, temperature control rings were used. For a more uniform temperature distribution in the working zone of the furnace, it is recommended to use ALSITHERM refractory fiber for lining. Bibliography: 3 titles.
JSC "Salavatsteklo" has developed and is implementing a stage-by-stage program of modernization of production processes in order to make the enterprise a leader in the glass industry in Russia. The fourth stage of the program has now been completed. Two lines for the production of polished sheet glass with a capacity of 600 tons / day (2005) and 500 tons / day (2007) have been brought to the European technical level. The reconstruction of the enterprise continues. Il. 4.
Since 2004, the St. Petersburg Imperial Porcelain Factory has been actively using the latest computer technologies for modeling and manufacturing Power Solution tooling by Delcam plc to create complex-shaped ceramic products. Il. 6.
The concept of modernization of the design of the glass-melting furnace and the practical efficiency of the technical solutions used for this are considered. The expediency of using mathematical modeling of thermophysical glass-making processes during the reconstruction of the furnace has been substantiated. Tab. 2, bibliography: 11 titles.
The work of the VVS system at the Irbit glass plant when using substandard raw materials and the way of influencing the glass melting and production process are considered. Tab. 1, bibliography: 8 titles.
NPF "Erga" is a leading manufacturer of permanent rare-earth magnets and equipment based on them. The use of such equipment for enrichment of glass raw materials allows to drastically reduce the content of Fe 2 O 3 in raw materials and thereby improve the quality of manufactured glass products.
