It has been established that the technological conditions for the formation of the optimal macrostructure of a self-cleaning coating depend on the sintering interval of the glass bond and its dispersion. The most porous coating with a maximum self-cleaning coefficient of 96 - 98% was obtained by introducing 12 - 14 hours by weight of sodium water glass into the coating slip. The optimal structure of the coating ensures the decomposition of edible fats after repeated thermal cycling. Tab. 2, ill. 3, bibliography: 2 titles.
