Development of multi-component suspensions for catalytic coatings of block ceramic carriers

Compositions of multicomponent suspensions based on boehmite in the range of pH of the dispersion medium from 1.5 to 5.4, methods of stabilization of cerium- and platinum-containing suspensions and application to a block cordierite carrier have been investigated. The optimal conditions for the preparation of suspensions and one-stage production of highly porous, strong and uniform coatings of the Pt - СеО ₂ - & # 947; -Al ₂ O ₃ system have been established. with a high yield and having a specific surface area of ??150 - 170 m ² / g.
