The technology and installation for the economical production of glass-silica based on the modular principle of production creation have been developed. A mathematical model for calculating heat transfer is proposed, which makes it possible to determine the required thicknesses of thermal insulation for a bell-type heater and forms that ensure minimal heat loss to the surrounding atmosphere during continuous operation of the heater.
