The possibility of obtaining chemically resistant plastic molding ceramics from masses on the basis of the complex use of associated mining products (plagioporphyr, quartz-biotite shale), alumina production waste (red mud) and polymineral clay is shown. The mechanism of intensification of sintering of masses with the introduction of a finely dispersed softener-flux and an increase in the alkali resistance of the material (up to 95%) during the formation of the crystalline system hematite - anorthite - quartz.
