The formation of the microstructure of ceramics based on calcium hydroxyapatite (HAP) powders containing various by-products of the synthesis reaction - NaCl, KCl, KCH 3 COO (K 2 СО 3 < / sub>), NaCH 3 COO (Na 2 СО 3 ), NH 4 NO 3 , NH 4 Cl, NH 4 CH 3 COO, which can be conditionally divided into two groups: removed during heat treatment before sintering and not removable, forming melts and promoting the formation of new phases. During heat treatment, sodium salts interact with HAP, forming double sodium calcium phosphates - renanite NaCaPO 4 and Ca 10 Na (PO 4 ) 7 , and acetates of alkali metals (Na, K) are double carbonates.
