An environmentally friendly resource-saving technology for producing heat-insulating granular foam glass with closed pores has been developed. Thermal characteristics of the obtained granulated glass-ceramic foam make it possible to recommend it as an effective heat-insulating material for high-temperature heating units and utility networks.
