The life cycle of a glass container enterprise is considered and the environmental friendliness of this production is assessed. The main pollutants entering the atmospheric air and the air of the working area, discharges with industrial effluents into surface water bodies, and solid industrial wastes are indicated. The main environmental problems associated with glass production are identified, and measures are given to eliminate them. Tab. 3, ill. 1, bibliography: 1 titles.
