Heading: Energy saving technologies

The technological features of the manufacture of products of complex configuration from petrositall, obtained by thermoplastic pressing from two types of molding masses: fused basalt (glass) - plasticizer and natural basalt - basalt glass - plasticizer are investigated. The possibility of reducing the energy intensity of the technological process by minimizing the content of the glass component of the composition without compromising the technological characteristics of the casting mass and the physicochemical properties of petrositall is shown.
