The possibility of obtaining a foamed heat-insulating material at room temperature based on liquid glass with calcium-containing additives is considered. A method for regulating the process of gassing and hardening of a liquid glass composition by changing the silicate modulus of liquid glass is shown. Il. 2, bibliography: 12 titles.
It is shown that it is expedient to use the combined equation of thermodynamics when controlling the processes of preparation of liquid-glass mixtures and their porosity in order to obtain thermopenosilicate products. The main factors influencing the course of the porization process and the final properties of thermopenosilicate products have been identified. The characteristics of the obtained heat-insulating materials using basalt scales are indicated. Tab. 1, bibliography: 3 titles.
