A systematic approach to managing the technological process of sheet glass production is presented, which comprehensively solves the problems of managing the quality of the produced glass, economical use of energy and material resources in production, minimizing the negative impact of production on the environment, including ensuring safe working conditions for production workers. The effectiveness of the formulated control problem was estimated by simulation modeling.

Glasses of compositions Bi ⁴ (Si ^x Ge ^1-x) ³ О ^{12, where x = 0.33; 0.5; 0.66, cooking for 30 minutes and two-stage cooking. The values ??of their characteristic temperatures, densities, refractive indices and microhardness are determined. The dependences of the indicated quantities on the composition are investigated.}

The results of experimental and theoretical studies of the work of sheet glass under the action of a concentrated load are presented. A methodology and a program for calculating sheet glass in the design of translucent structures, coatings and ceilings has been developed.

A mathematical model of the process of blowing molten glass in the bath of a glass furnace by high-temperature fuel combustion products blown into the bath through lateral tuyeres installed under the level of the melt is presented. The blowing of the molten glass with gas through the tuyeres is carried out in two modes - bubble and jet.

The roughness of the surface of the filaments made of aluminum oxide has been determined. The roughness of the thread-conducting parts of textile machines in the textile processing of aluminum oxide threads has been substantiated. The height of the profile irregularities by ten points, the standard deviation of the profile and the average value of the surface roughness parameter are determined.

The properties of silicate composite materials (SCM) based on electrocorundum, which is a waste product of the electrometallurgical production of niobium, are presented. The scheme of SCM heat treatment is proposed. The developed SCM compositions are recommended for the protection of chemical production equipment.

Numerous data on the magnetic separation of raw materials for the production of glass and ceramics are summarized with an additional key indicator - the separation efficiency (relative decrease in the content of ferrous impurities); an unsystematic scatter of these data is revealed. It was stated that the results of traditional control (in terms of the "single" form of Fe ² O ³ impurities), giving reason to judge the presence of a formal concentration dependence, nevertheless do not allow a logical systematization of the accumulated data array with an assessment of the media according to the "propensity" to separation and the assessment of separators according to their targeted preference. For targeted control of impurities (active in the separator), it is recommended to use the magnetic control method.

Ceramic coatings for heat and sound absorbing materials, a technological scheme for the manufacture, application and formation of ceramic coatings have been developed, which makes it possible to obtain samples of glass ceramic heat and sound absorbing materials with coatings with regulated properties. The efficiency of using ceramic coatings for heat-shielding materials is shown.
