The analysis of the capillary-gravitational interaction of isomeric particles is carried out in relation to the processes of segregation arising in the preparation of a glass batch. The critical sizes of particles causing segregation are calculated for simple and complex capillary cells. The influence of the wetting angle of the material on the tendency of the charge to delamination is considered, the effect of mechanical overloads and vibration during the preparation of the glass charge is taken into account.
