Filtering elements from the high purity quartz glass used in continuous-flow units for dressing of silica-containing raw

The paper presents the results of work on the creation of a porous permeable material based on fused silica and the technology of manufacturing filter elements from this material. The compositions of the developed materials, technological parameters, physical and technical and filtering properties are given. The developed filter elements have been successfully tested in industrial conditions. Tab. 2, ill. 2, bibliography: 4 titles.
