Corrosion resistance of the float-glass

Investigated the corrosion resistance of float glass in the process of climatic tests. It is shown that the main defects of the surface of tempered glass are leaching, "burn-in of paper and sulphurous film". The properties of various cushioning materials used in the domestic industry have been studied. The corrosion resistance of tempered glass depends on the surface quality of the original glass and the properties of the cushioning material used to package both the original glass and the tempered glass.
