The effect of a high-voltage pulse discharge on the crystal lattice and the surface of quartz grains is studied at various values ??of the energy introduced into the interelectrode space, the pulse duration, and the rate of energy input. The reasons for the processes of activation of the surface of quartz grains and changes in the state of its crystal lattice are explained. Practical recommendations are given. Tab. 3, ill. 4, bibliography: 6 titles.
