Ceramic tiles from the onsite polymineral clays

It is shown that from polymineral clays of the Republic of Tatarstan using methods that improve the quality of clay raw materials - mixing the mass with activated water, processing the raw material in an electric mass classifier, introducing technological additives into the raw material (mechanically activated quartz-glauconite sands or phosphorites, refractory clay) - it is possible to obtain by the method of semi-dry pressing with slip preparation of press powder of ceramic facing tiles for indoor and outdoor work, which meet the requirements of regulatory documents.
