The corrosion resistance of refractories in frit melts used at ZAO Velor (Orel) has been investigated. Based on the results of the work carried out, it was proposed to replace the MKS refractory material, which is currently used for lining the fritted glaze melting furnace, with the CMC material, which is more resistant to frit melts.
