A titanium borosilicate system containing oxides of alkali metals, as well as oxides of lead, strontium, cadmium, chromium and cobalt, has been studied in order to obtain a low-melting enamel coating for aluminum. The influence of the polyalkali effect, as well as the ratio SiO 2 : TiO 2 , on the electrical conductivity and chemical resistance of glass has been investigated. It is shown that on the basis of this system it is possible to obtain a low-melting (firing temperature 540 - 560 ° C) corrosion-resistant enamel with high electrical resistance.
