The processes of femtosecond laser modification of zinc phosphate glasses with a molar content of silver oxide from 1 to 16% are studied, the optimal conditions for the formation of luminescent microregions in glasses are determined.
The results of treatment with a microwave field of silicates (bentonite clay and diatomite), the effect of the field on the structure and technological characteristics of aqueous suspensions of silicates, physical and mechanical properties of ceramic material obtained on their basis are considered. The effect of additives (hydrosol of aluminum oxide stabilized with hydrochloric acid and sodium chloride) on the processes during heating of aqueous suspensions of silicates and the physical and mechanical properties of ceramic materials based on them has been investigated.
The process of mechanochemical synthesis of calcium ferrite from iron oxalate FeC 2 O 4 * 2H 2 O and calcium hydroxide Ca (OH) 2 . The optimal conditions for obtaining calcium ferrite have been determined. It is shown that the use of the method of mechanochemical synthesis can significantly reduce the temperature and duration of heat treatment.
The results of a study of the processes occurring during heating and isothermal holding at 450 C with passing an electric current through a sample of lead-silicate glass S87-2, which is widely used in electronic engineering, are presented. The dependences of the change in electrical conductivity on temperature and on the time of annealing were obtained for a continuous unidirectional current through the sample, as well as for an alternating current that excludes electromass transfer. The results obtained can be used to improve existing and create new technological processes for the production of electronic products using lead-silicate glasses.
The effect of ultrasonic treatment (22 kHz) of a suspension of metakaolin, aluminum oxide and sodium hydroxide at a molar ratio Al 2 O 3 2SiO 2 : NaOH: Al 2 O 3 = 6: 12: 2 with subsequent heat treatment and hydrothermal crystallization for the synthesis of LTA zeolite. It has been established that an increase in the S: L ratio at the stage of ultrasonic treatment makes it possible to increase the yield of the target product. The optimal conditions for ultrasonic treatment were determined (amplitude 8 ?m, time about 10 min). It has been shown that under optimal conditions the degree of crystallinity of the LTA zeolite is 98%. A comparison of the regularities of the synthesis of LTA zeolite using ultrasonic treatment and mechanochemical activation is given.
An approach to obtaining data on the tortuosity coefficient of their pores k Z is shown using the example of polyspherical media with ordered packings of spheres characterized by certain values ??of porosity w and / or packing density ?, based on the models of quasi-faceted cells and pore-tubes ... These data, presented in the form of graphical and analytical dependencies, make it possible to judge the value of k Z for a granular medium by its real values ??of w and / or gamma;
Within the framework of the quasi-static problem of thermoelasticity, three methods of pulsed laser annealing of nonmetallic plates are considered. The possibility of reducing the maximum tensile stresses in the processed plates by several times and reducing the energy costs associated with processing by 20 - 40% is shown. Criteria for the thermal strength of the plates are obtained for the indicated methods of laser annealing. Experimental verification of the results obtained
The physicomechanical (density, tensile and compressive strength), thermophysical (TCLE) and dielectric (dielectric constant) properties of polymer composite materials based on woven fillers of mineral fibers of various chemical composition have been investigated. It is shown that the use of fillers of various chemical nature has a significant effect on the properties of polymer composite materials and determines the areas of their recommended use.
It was found that the processing of polished surfaces of optical parts made of silicate glass in hexamethyldisilazane vapor leads to the creation of a protective film that prevents the effects of the environment. An increase in ambient humidity and temperature leads to a decrease in the protective properties of the film
Based on the unconventional model of quasi-faceted cells responsible for the ordered structure of balls, the possibility of modeling the pores of such media (and, on their basis, various granular, granular, powder media) in the form of cylindrical channels-tubes of a certain diameter, equivalent in volume, depending on the porosity of the medium, is considered ( or its packing density)
