The effect of the structure (type of pores, their size, fiber diameter) of highly dispersed porous materials on their thermal conductivity is considered. Tab. 1, ill. 3, bibliography: 10 titles.
The composition of a rigid molding mixture for the manufacture of concrete-ceramic solid bricks by pressing or vibrocompression has been developed. The brick has standard dimensions, beige or light red and meets the requirements of GOST 530-95. The cost price of a brick is 30 - 35% lower than that of a similar ceramic one, due to the exclusion of the firing operation from the technological cycle.
Using the method of mathematical planning of the experiment, the possibility of improving the drying properties of brick masses without the use of stony weakening was revealed. The proposed technique can be recommended for use in brick and tile factories in order to optimize the drying process. Il. 4.
The results of a study of the combustion products of aerogels of mixtures of ultrafine aluminum and boron powders in air are presented. Il. 2, bibliography: 12 titles.
Compositions of new glazes suitable for concrete finishing are given. Glazes can be used for finishing small architectural forms, landscape gardening sculptures. Tab. 2, bibliography: 3 titles.
Methods for removing iron-containing impurities from technical raw materials are considered. To increase the efficiency of the iron removal process, dry cleaning of raw materials with self-cleaning roll-type separators with a magnetic system of permanent magnets Nd - Fe - B is proposed. The introduction of such separators will remove from 50 to 90% of iron-containing impurities present in the raw materials.
