The properties of slips prepared from powder masses produced by the enterprise "Ceramic Masses of Donbass" are shown. The use of traditional slip thinners with additives from Zschimmer & Schwarz makes it possible to simplify the adjustment of slip properties without increasing the production cost. Tab. 3, bibliography: 2 titles.
Several types of structural glue are considered, their performance properties in the case of application for the production and assembly of high-precision optical products when joining glass-metal. Tab. 3, bibliography: 2 titles.
It was found that during the preparation of the composite sorbent, an acid-base interaction is observed between the Bronsted centers on the surface of kaolinite and dolomite particles. When dispersed together, the crystal structure of kaolinite is destroyed, as a result of which the interaction between surface centers is enhanced. It is shown that kaolinite plays a decisive role in the formation of the porous structure of granules, and the strength of products is determined by dolomite. Tab. 2, ill. 3, bibliography: 9 titles.
The process of dissolution of cristobalite during the firing of acid-resistant products based on Buskul clay with the use of granodiorite and felsite has been modeled. The mechanism of dissolution of cristobalite in their melts has been established. The dissolution of cristobalite in felsite and granodiorite melts can be divided into two stages. At the first stage, at low exposures, the dissolution rate is determined by the rate of silicate formation during the interaction of the melt formed when felsite or granodiorite is heated with cristobalite. In the second stage, with long exposures, the dissolution rate is determined by the diffusion rate, and the dissolution rate is significantly reduced. Tab. 4, ill. 1, bibliography: 7 titles.
The effect of organic resins on the strength characteristics and pore structure of quartz-liquid glass compositions has been studied. It has been established that the use of liquid glass modified with 5% polyester resin PN-19 as a binder makes it possible to increase the strength by 25 - 30% and reduce the water absorption of the material by 40%. The total porosity of the modified composition is reduced by 30% compared to the non-additive one, as well as the average pore size decreases and pores with a size of 0 - 0.2 mm completely disappear. Tab. 1, ill. 4, bibliography: 1 title.
The diffusion rate of calcium ion in multicomponent systems varies depending on the composition of mutually diffusing systems, properties of oxide-salt melts, temperature and duration of sintering. With the interaction of microvolumes of clinker granules of different composition, the process of silicate formation is activated with an increase in the mobility of the Ca ion 2+ , which increases when liquidating zones of halide-sulfate composition appear in the melt by 3 - 40 times, depending on the content of salt systems. Tab. 3, ill. 5, bibliography: 8 titles.
It was found that the use of a new MB1 organic bond with a 45/38 micron grinding powder instead of an M2-01 bond with a 30/40 micron micropowder made it possible to increase the productivity of the final diamond grinding of high-quality and art glass without subsequent chemical polishing by 2 - 2.5 times and reduce the roughness of the treated surface by 20% while increasing the specific consumption by 14 - 28%. Il. 2, bibliography: 2 titles.
The "Termix" enterprise produces electric furnaces of a new generation for bending and fusing glass, as well as for drying and firing ceramic products. During the entire period of heat treatment of products in the furnaces, the minimum permissible temperature difference is maintained. Il. 6
On the basis of aluminosilicate ceramic concrete, a lining for trolleys used in ceramic kilns has been developed and introduced. The first trolleys with such a lining have already passed over 50 cycles. Tab. 1, ill. 1, bibliography: 8 titles.
A mathematical model is considered, with the help of which technological parameters are maintained in real time, depending on the amount of bricks produced. Il. 2.
