The possibilities of obtaining pigments with the structure "inorganic core in a ferromagnetic shell" by the method of deposition of nickel and copper ferrites on the surface of microgranules of optical glass waste have been studied. The porous characteristics, physicochemical properties and surface structure of the synthesized pigments have been investigated. Tab. 2, ill. 6, bibliography: 8 titles.
It is shown that the reason for the formation of a strip of gas bubbles in the weld seam is the reversible oxidation of barium oxide in the temperature range of 300 - 600 ° C. To prevent the negative consequences of this process during welding of the glass of the flask and the cylinder of the electronic input, it is necessary to quickly heat the glass of the flask to a temperature of 700 - 730 ° C and carry out the welding at a temperature exceeding the upper oxidation temperature of barium oxide. Tab. 1, ill. 1, bibliography: 5 titles.
The possibility of using a small-sized device VIMS-1 for measuring the electrophysical properties of molding abrasive masses from micropowders in the development of formulations of abrasive tools and for quality control of masses in production conditions is considered. It is shown that the introduction of control over the electrophysical properties of molding masses is a real opportunity to obtain molding masses of stable quality. Tab. 2, ill. 2, bibliography: 5 titles.
The possibility of using a granular form of a biocomposite material based on calcium-phosphate glass-ceramics BCS for the treatment of cystic formations of the jaw is shown. Bibliography: 5 titles.
Experimentally substantiated recommendations on the choice of compositions and technologies for the synthesis of glass-soldering compositions with specified properties within the limits of soldering temperatures 390 - 450 ° C and TLEC (60 ... 70) & # 215; 10 -7 K -1 , designed for sealing ceramic packages of integrated circuits. Tab. 5, ill. 4, bibliography: 6 titles.
On the basis of a vacuum electric resistance furnace, an economical high-temperature installation for test fuses of quartz glass has been created. To modernize the melting chamber of a standard furnace, a heating unit with an operating temperature of up to 2200 ° C was developed and manufactured, consisting of a tungsten heater and molybdenum heat shields, which allows melting small-sized blocks of quartz glass. The upgraded furnace is used to assess the technological properties of natural quartz from different deposits. Il. 2.
The properties of molding mixtures based on kaolin containing modifying additives with different acid-base characteristics have been investigated. The introduction of liquid glass provides a significant improvement in the structural and mechanical properties of the system, as well as an increase in the mechanical strength of the finished granular sorbent. Preliminary modification of liquid glass with urea negatively affects the formability of kaolin masses. Treatment of kaolin with acetic acid and subsequent mixing of the mass with water glass reduces the suitability for extrusion; on the other hand, the volume of open pores of the absorber increases from 0.15 - 0.22 to 0.27 - 0.40 cm 3 / g. Tab. 1, ill. 3, bibliography: 9 titles.
The processes occurring in micro-grinding silicon carbide powders during the firing of abrasive products are considered, and the effect of the particle size distribution of powders on the properties of products is studied. The possibility of obtaining products of a given hardness using micropowders of various granulometric composition is shown. Tab. 4.
The features of the process of pressing and reaction sintering of compacts of cermet Al 2 O 3 - Al with the use of an additive of water glass have been studied. Its introduction in an amount from 3 to 28% by weight into the original aluminum powder, consisting of lamellar particles with surface alumina films, provides a granulate with a bulk density of 0.4 - 0.5 g / cm 3 . Features of pressing granular powder were studied by analyzing logarithmic diagrams. It was found that the reaction sintering of samples in air occurs in the filtration combustion mode, and the dry residue of water glass activates sintering, providing the formation of nanodispersed inclusions & # 947; -Al 2 O 3 , & # 952; -Al 2 O 3 , & # 945; -Na 2 Si 2 O < sub> 5 and Si in an aluminum matrix with a layered structure. With a cermet density of 2.40 - 2.45 g / cm 3 , its flexural strength is 300 - 320 MPa. Il. 5, bibliography: 5 titles.
The ionic conductivity of the solid electrolyte La 2/3-x Li 3x TiO 3 was measured in the temperature range 20 - 600 ° С with different isotopic compositions of lithium carriers current. It is shown that it has two components: low- and high-temperature, which differ greatly in the activation energy. The rates of spin-lattice relaxation of carriers have been measured by NMR on 7 Li nuclei. It was found that the activation energies of short-range and long-range carrier motion coincide in the temperature range of 20 - 500 ° C and differ sharply at higher temperatures. The influence of the concentration of cation vacancies on the motion of carriers of different isotopic composition is investigated. Tab. 2, ill. 4, bibliography: 7 titles.
