The phase composition, structure, and properties of ZrO 2 - GeO 2 thin films obtained by the sol-gel method from film-forming solutions based on zirconium oxochloride ZrOCl 2 sub > & middot; 8H 2 O, germanium tetrachloride GeCl 4 and ethyl alcohol. The physicochemical properties of the obtained films were determined depending on the composition and the composition-property diagrams were constructed.
