The study of the temperature regime of glass coating deposition on the inner surface of the heat exchanger tube has been carried out. The choice of the temperature regime for coating the pipe depends on the physical and mechanical properties, geometric dimensions and temperature distribution at any points of the coating and the metal part of the heat exchange pipe. The regularities of the change in the temperature field of the deposition of glass coatings on the inner surface of the pipe depending on the heating time of the electric heating furnace are obtained theoretically. It was found that the temperature when applying a glass coating on the inner surface of the pipe mainly depends on the brand and thickness of the glass sealed rod.

A study of pigments and binders was carried out to obtain a radiation-resistant thermoregulatory coating (TRP) for spacecraft. On the basis of the selected components, a radiation-resistant thermo-regulating coating was obtained. Based on the results of ground tests, an assessment of the resistance of the coating was carried out during operation in the geostationary orbit (GSO) for 15 years. Comparative characteristics of white heat distribution devices (based on BaSO
4 ), which are currently most used in Russia, are presented.

The possibility of a significant increase in the tribological characteristics of structural steels under various friction conditions by applying a layer of composite chemical coatings with a nickel-phosphorus alloy with inclusions of dispersed particles of oxides of chromium, aluminum, titanium, zirconium, boron carbide, titanium nitride, diamond, and copper phthalocyaninate is shown. The influence of the nature, size and content of dispersed particles in composite coatings on the wear resistance of a tribocontact is investigated. The optimal conditions for the deposition of composite coatings with increased wear resistance have been determined.

In SRC & # 171; Kurchatov Institute & # 187; - TsNII KM & # 171; Prometheus & # 187; a new approach to the creation of porous functional ceramic coatings on the steel surface is proposed due to the integrated use of the methods of low-temperature heterophase transfer and microarc oxidation. The adhesion of the coating to the metal is at least 60 MPa. The intermediate layer of the coating contains intermetallic compounds of the nickel - aluminum system and provides the mechanical strength of the coatings during operation at temperatures above 750 ° C. The possibility of deposition of catalytically active substances with promoters on the surface of porous coatings from solutions of their salts or hydroxides with subsequent decomposition as a result of heat treatment is shown, as well as the possibility of deposition of metals into the pores of the MAO coating by the example of nickel.
