The possibility of using aqueous epoxy emulsions as a binder for obtaining paints intended for decorating glass products is shown. The physicochemical properties of epoxy coatings have been studied.
The phase composition, structure, and properties of ZrO 2 - GeO 2 thin films obtained by the sol-gel method from film-forming solutions based on zirconium oxochloride ZrOCl 2 & middot; 8H 2 O, germanium tetrachloride GeCl 4 and ethyl alcohol. The physicochemical properties of the obtained films were determined depending on the composition and the composition-property diagrams were constructed.
The interaction of a nanoscale coating with HCl solutions consists of two stages. I. The swelling of the coating is accompanied by an increase in its refractive index due to the replacement of air in the pores of the film with a more highly refractive solution and the leaching of low-refractive oxides from the coating penetrating from the glass substrate. II. Dissolution of the coating is accompanied by a decrease in its thickness and a decrease in the refractive index. The overall result is expressed in an increase or decrease in these indicators, depending on the dominance of these processes.
Ceramic coatings for heat and sound absorbing materials, a technological scheme for the manufacture, application and formation of ceramic coatings have been developed, which makes it possible to obtain samples of glass ceramic heat and sound absorbing materials with coatings with regulated properties. The efficiency of using ceramic coatings for heat-shielding materials is shown.
The results of the creation of thin-film ceramic coatings for fibrous metal sealing materials are presented. Their technological and physical-mechanical properties were investigated at temperatures of 700, 800, 900, 1100 ° C. Il. 3, bibliography: 3 titles.
A set of requirements for non-fired technological glass coatings to protect bronze during melting has been formulated, and their properties have been determined. With the help of DTA, the most critical temperature interval for the service of the developed coatings was established. Selected initial system Na 2 O - B 2 O 3 - SiO 2 and raw materials for the synthesis of glass coatings in it ... By the method of mathematical planning of the experiment, the composition of the glass flux in the pseudo-triple silicate-lump - cullet - borax system is optimized. Tab. 1, ill. 3. bibliography: 9 titles.
Changes in the structure, phase and chemical composition of two-layer heat-resistant ceramic coatings and surface layers of the ZhS6U alloy under the coating have been studied during high-temperature annealing and creep. Additional coating of ceramics containing 40% Y 2 O 3 , 40% ZrO 2 , 10% Cr 2 O 3 , 10% Al 2 O 3 increases the creep resistance of the heat resistant alloy. Il. 2, bibliography: 5 titles.
Sol-gel method from film-forming solutions based on tetraethoxysilane and phosphoric acid, ethyl alcohol, water, thin films and dispersed products were obtained in the SiO 2 - P 2 O 5 system at a molar content of phosphorus oxide from 0 to 30%. Regularities of changes in rheological properties in successive states of the solution - sol - gel system have been established. Physicochemical processes in solution, when applied to a substrate and during heat treatment of products have been investigated. Using the methods of IR spectroscopy and atomic force microscopy, the structure of the obtained films and dispersed products, as well as their physicochemical properties, have been studied. Tab. 4, ill. 4, bibliography: 7 titles.
The influence of the chemical composition of titanium enamels on the type of forming phosphate groups and the whiteness of enamel coatings is considered. It was found that in glasses with an increased mass content of network-forming cations, in particular about 60% SiO 2 , the forming phosphorus-containing group binds up to two alkaline cations, and at a content of 50% SiO 2 the predominant formation of phosphate groups with one alkaline cation is observed. Tab. 3, ill. 3, bibliography: 7 titles.
Changes in the compositions of thermal protective and antioxidant coatings for composite materials based on C / SiC are considered. Data on the compositions and properties of two-, three- and multilayer coatings are given. The mechanism of the protective action of some compositions is highlighted. The prospects of using new compositions of protective coatings to increase the operating temperature of composite materials are shown. Tab. 2, ill. 5, bibliography: 17 titles.
