Transparent electroconductive coatings on glass substrates (transparent electrodes) based on functionalized multi-walled carbon nanotubes have been obtained. The effect of glass pretreatment with 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane on the coating process has been established. Composite transparent electrically conductive films on glass made of PEDOT: PSS polymer and multi-walled carbon nanotubes were obtained; the resistance of such a film was 180 Ohm / cm 2 with a transparency of 83%
