Using of the counterflow jet mill in production of electric insulating ceramics

The possibility of using a counter-flow jet mill for the preparation of press powders for the manufacture of electrical insulating ceramics is considered. The technological scheme of production and technical characteristics of the products obtained are presented. It is concluded that it is possible to replace the stages of clay dissolution in an aqueous medium, grinding, homogenization and drying with the stage of fine grinding using a counter-current jet mill.
