Heading: Upgrading of quality

Improving the quality of diamond wheels for grinding flat glass edges was carried out by reducing the relative consumption of diamond grinding wheels as a result of increasing the wear resistance of the bond and the use of diamond powders with an optimal coating. New wheels on a metal bond with a volume content of nickel powder of 40% and with a diamond powder with a nickel coating of 56% are recommended for industrial use, which provide a reduction in the relative consumption of diamonds by 20 - 30% with a constant roughness of the processed surface.
