The article presents the results of studies of the thermal stability of heat-absorbing float glass with a thickness of 4.0 - 12.0 mm. It is shown that heat-absorbing glass has high thermal stability (more than 100 ° C). Based on the nature of the distribution of heat resistance along the width of the strip, it was concluded that the heat resistance of float glass depends on such technological processes as molding and annealing. The main types of cutting of sheet glass are considered. Mechanical roller cutting is described in most detail as the most common at the moment. Explains the effect of roller geometry and loading on edge quality. It also provides a general description of waterjet and laser cutting technologies. The data characterizing the properties of molding masses for extrusion of complex-profile thin-walled products are presented. To characterize the molding properties of the masses, it was proposed to use such parameters as the ratio of deformations, the relaxation period, the power for the destruction of the coagulation structure, and the flow index. The dimensional and morphological parameters of nanopowders of the ZrO ₂ - СеО ₂ system obtained from carbonate and hydroxide precursors have been investigated. The effect of the nature of the precipitant and the temperature of heat treatment on the morphology of the synthesized powders, their agglomeration and porous structure is shown. The revealed differences in the structuredness of powders affect the sintering process and the preparation of samples of various degrees of compaction. Tab. 3, ill. 5, bibliography: 10 titles.

The dependence of the rate of steel oxidation under the enamel film at enamel firing temperatures is considered. The size of the critical gas bubble breaking through the enamel film during firing has been calculated and experimentally determined. Il. 2, bibliography: 6 titles.

Comprehensive studies of the phase composition of refractory concrete compositions, heat-treated in various temperature ranges, including when the glass-melting units are put into operation, have been carried out. The characteristic changes in the phase composition of unfired concrete in the process of preliminary heat treatment have been established; after firing at 1000 ° C, a new phase appears - calcium aluminosilicate 2CaO Al ₂ O ₃ SiO ₂, which indicates the interaction in the sample of aluminates calcium with free silica - microsilica or aluminosilicates. The properties of Ca-deficient hydroxyapatite powder synthesized from calcium nitrate and ammonium hydrogen phosphate at 60 ° C, pH = 7 and Ca / P = 1.67 are presented; 1.61 and 1.48. After firing at 1100 ° C for 6 h, the phase composition of the ceramics based on these powders was represented by tricalcium phosphate (with Ca / P = 1.48) or tricalcium phosphate and hydroxyapatite (with Ca / P = 1.67 and 1.61).
