Представлен анализ специфических механизмов влияния состояния зеренной структуры на термоэлектрические свойства (удельное электрическое сопротивление и полная теплопроводность) соединения Bi1,9Gd0,1Te3. В качестве таких механизмов рассмотрены: 1) образование поверхностных вакансий Te на межзеренных границах, которые действуют как донорные центры; 2) изменение элементного состава зерен при высокотемпературном испарении Te в процессах термической обработки материала, направленных на получение образцов с контролируемым средним размером зерна.
