The method of decalcomania was used to obtain conductive coatings uniform in thickness with stable electrophysical characteristics during long-term operation of electric film heaters. The change in resistance for 1000 hours of operation at a temperature of 130-140 ° C was 1.0-1.2%, at 160-170 ° C - 1.5-2.0%, at 280-300 ° C - no more than 3, 0%. Tab. 2, ill. 2, bibliography: 1 title.
The relationship between the corrosiveness of enamel melts containing a complex adhesion activator, their electrical conductivity and adhesion strength of the corresponding coatings has been investigated. The partial and integral influence of oxides of variable valence on the indicated properties of ground glass enamels has been established. The provisions of the electrochemical theory of adhesion of enamel coatings to steel using a complex adhesion activator have been confirmed. Il. 3, bibliography: 6 titles.
The possibility of obtaining white enamel for steel with a cooking temperature of 1000 - 1100 ° C and a firing temperature of 750 - 780 ° C and white enamel for aluminum with a cooking temperature of 900 - 950 ° C and a firing temperature of 530 - 560 ° C has been investigated. The physical and technological characteristics of the welded frits have been measured, and the temperature-time regimes of firing during slip enamel application have been determined. It has been established that the introduction of modifier oxides and glass-forming oxides allows, without introducing new components into the enamel, to reduce the cooking temperature by 15 - 20%, and the enamel firing temperature - by 20 - 30 ° C. Tab. 2, bibliography: 1 title.
Compositions of multicomponent suspensions based on boehmite in the range of pH of the dispersion medium from 1.5 to 5.4, methods of stabilization of cerium- and platinum-containing suspensions and application to a block cordierite carrier have been investigated. The optimal conditions for the preparation of suspensions and one-stage production of highly porous, strong and uniform coatings of the Pt - СеО 2 - & # 947; -Al 2 O 3 system have been established. with a high yield and having a specific surface area of ??150 - 170 m 2 / g. Tab. 2, ill. 3, bibliography: 5 titles.
Compositions of single-layer glass enamels have been developed, which make it possible to obtain a wide range of colors of coatings for steel products with a sufficiently good surface quality. Various dyes have been tried. The properties of coatings, such as chemical resistance, adhesion strength, gloss and heat resistance, have been studied; the temperature range of their firing has been determined, averaging 670 - 740 ° C. The colorimetric characteristics of single-layer enamels have been calculated. The resulting enamel coatings can be used in mass production. Tab. 1, ill. 2, bibliography: 2 titles.
It has been established that the modification of the surface of nickel-plated hollow glass microspheres with N-oxide-Cl-alkyldimethylamine leads to a recharge of their surface and, as a result, to an improvement in the wetting of solid phase particles with a water-based paint based on acrylic latex. Coatings based on conductive paint are characterized by high electrical conductivity. The developed paint can be used to protect people and technology from electromagnetic radiation. Bibliography: 6 titles.
Copper-containing glazed glasses in the system B 2 O 3 - SiO 2 - Al 2 O 3 < / sub> - CaO - CuO with a molar content of copper oxide from 5 to 25%, introduced during the synthesis of glasses. Glasses with a minimum content of 15% B 2 O 3 and 15 - 25% CuO crystallized during mining with the release of fine-needle crystals of CuO. However, all glasses form a good glaze coating when applied to ceramics at temperatures of 900 - 1000 ° C. In this case, CuO crystals completely dissolve in the melt. Il. 3, bibliography. 6 titles
The effect of iron oxides on the physicochemical properties of ground enamels, which regulate the capillary movement of gas bubbles, has been studied. The velocities of the capillary motion of bubbles in the enamel melt were calculated by two mechanisms: thermodynamic and film overflow of Marangoni. In the approximation of the prevailing role of the thermodynamic mechanism, the duration of the release of gas bubbles from the enamel layer under the action of capillary force is determined. Il. 6, bibliography: 3 titles.
The effect of the ratio of three alkaline oxides on the physicochemical properties of titanium-containing glass enamel has been investigated and their optimal concentrations have been determined. Developed acid-resistant enamel for steel cookware. Tab. 1, ill. 2, bibliography: 4 titles.
As a result of the improvement of the technology for obtaining brightly colored glass coatings, a new method of coloring glazes has been proposed, which consists in the course of a complex of physicochemical processes (adsorption, ion exchange and precipitation) even at the stage of preparing glaze slips containing water-soluble salts of metals of variable valence, which provides an intense and uniform color , as well as high quality characteristics of fired glass coatings. Tab. 2, bibliography: 1 title.
