The results of the development of methods for determining some quality parameters of barium titanate powder - the main component of a number of ceramic materials that are used to obtain capacitors are presented. The degree of conversion of ZnO and BaTiO 3 , the bulk density of sintered powders, the degree of their dissolution in hydrochloric acid, and some diffraction characteristics of BaTiO 3 powders, determined by the developed methods, can with a sufficient degree of reliability predict the quality of ceramic capacitors made from barium titanate powders. Tab. 4, bibliography: 8 titles.
The process model of batch preparation and the role of the quality management system in improving product quality are considered. Il. 3, bibliography: 1 title.
The problems arising when assessing the quality of the glass batch are considered, and methods for their solution are proposed. Bibliography: 6 titles.
Rare earth magnetic roller separators are suitable for extracting iron impurities from various materials. The advantages of these magnetic separators in comparison with the traditionally used ones are shown.
The reasons for the appearance of defects in the production of mirrors at the WATT 1600-3M installation have been analyzed. Recommendations are given for improving the installation and the spraying process. Il. 1, bibliography: 5 titles.
Recommendations have been developed for the use of grinding wheels of various grain sizes for finishing high-quality and artistic glass. Il. 2, bibliography: 4 titles.
It is shown that for processing high-quality and artistic glass during its further chemical polishing, it is advisable to use grinding wheels with a 50% concentration of AC15 diamond powder and grinding wheels with a 35 - 50% concentration of AC6 diamond powder. Il. 3, bibliography: 5 titles.
The reasons for the formation of spots appearing on large mirrors are investigated. Practical recommendations for removing stains are given. Tab. 2, bibliography: 6 titles.
Possible approaches to solving the problem of reproducibility of the quality of products made of ceramic materials are analyzed. It is indicated that only statistical methods are used for this purpose is insufficiently effective. A program of stages of the study of the object under study is proposed, which ends with the creation of a mathematical model of the physicochemical processes of ceramic synthesis. Bibliography: 5 titles.
