The problems of deterioration of the quality of the charge during its storage and transportation are considered. Technical solutions have been proposed to optimize the loading of the charge and scrap into the glass-making furnace. Bibliography: 3 titles.
Possibilities of intensification of glass melting due to preliminary mechanical activation of quartz sand in a disintegrator under various conditions are considered. It is shown that mechanical activation causes disturbances in the crystal structure of quartz and increases the degree of its amorphization. As a result, the processes of silicate and glass formation are shifted to the region of lower temperatures, which ensures a decrease in the glass melting temperature by 80 ° C. Tab. 2, ill. 4, bibliography: 4 titles.
The main points of the operation of the automated control system of a glass-making furnace, a working channel, and a feeder are considered. The described system is implemented and fully debugged. Bibliography: 1 titles.
The modernized control system of pneumatic conveying of raw materials of glass batch produced by JSC "Stromizmeritel" is considered. A comparative analysis of various control schemes for the process of filling a pneumatic chamber pump with transported material is given. Bibliography: 2 titles.
A description is given and the principles of operation of automated control systems for glass-melting furnaces and drums for drying sand and dolomite are considered. Il. 2, bibliography: 3 titles.
The features and algorithms for controlling the thermal operation of a glass-making furnace are considered. The analysis of methods for setting and controlling the parameters of temperature control in the working space is carried out. The results of calculating the specific fuel consumption, as well as the maximum temperature of the roof and the surface of the molten glass and their location along the length of the furnace, depending on its productivity. The expediency of using a mathematical model in the construction of an automatic control system for the thermal operation of a glass-melting furnace is shown. Il. 2, bibliography: 11 titles.
The problems arising in the automation of the calculation of the recipe for the glass batch, the algorithms used to solve this problem are considered, and a universal program for the automation of the calculation of the recipe for the batch is described. Bibliography: 6 titles.
Various designs of screw feeders for glass batch components operating in "rough" and "precise" dosing modes are considered. Il. 4, bibliography: 3 titles.
The work of an automated line for the production of flasks at the VAVS Electrolamp Plant is considered. (Moscow region). The implemented automatic control systems largely determine the high quality of the products. Bibliography: 1 titles.
