It is shown that the uniform distribution of silicon carbide material in the volume, having a uniform grain size composition, makes it possible to reduce thermal stresses in the product and increase the turnover of the ammunition. Il. 6, bibliography: 4 titles.
The advantages of the method of quasi-isostatic pressing in the production of capsule ammunition are considered. The developed method, in which a hard elastic material serves as the pressing medium, is a simplified version of isostatic pressing. 3, bibliography: 4 titles.
The initial conditions and factors that must be taken into account when creating ceramic mini-productions and their further development are determined. Tab. 2, bibliography: 3 titles.
A technology has been developed for obtaining whiskers of zirconium dioxide for the production of high-strength ceramics. A comparative characteristic of the deposition of crystals of zirconium oxychloride by means of cooling a supersaturated solution and salting out with hydrochloric acid is given. A technique for obtaining whiskers of zirconium dioxide from oxychloride without the use of high temperatures and pressures is considered. Il. 3, bibliography: 3 titles.
Using the methods of BET, IR and mass spectroscopy, the effect of pre-pyrolysis heat treatment in nitrogen and in air on the structure of nanoporous ceramics obtained by pyrolysis of an organosilicon polymer in nitrogen at a temperature of 600 ° C has been studied. An explanation of the effect of pre-pyrolysis heat treatment and its conditions on the formation of the structure of the polymer and ceramics obtained from it is given from the standpoint of a synergistic approach. Il. 2, bibliography: 8 titles.
Heat-insulating ceramic materials have been developed, the formation of a porous structure of which is provided by foaming and gas formation. The selected foaming and blowing agents, stabilizing, plasticizing and other additives, fixing agents for foam and gas masses. Tab. 1, ill. 3, bibliography: 8 titles.
It is shown that alumosane oligomers can be used as a binder and plasticizer to obtain aluminum nitride articles by the method of semi-dry pressing. This makes it possible to simplify the technology of obtaining the press mass and to increase the mechanical strength of the workpieces. Tab. 1, bibliography: 1 titles.
It has been shown that the method of dry enrichment of kaolin from the Zhuravliniy Log deposit, implemented at the Plast-Rifey enterprise, allows the separation of kaolin products of various dispersion and, by mixing them in a certain ratio, directionally regulate the fineness, quality and ceramic properties of enriched kaolin, taking into account the requirements of a specific ceramic production. Tab. 4, ill. 5.
The features of the quasi-isostatic pressing method are considered, which is the most perfect, economical and simple way of designing products from powder materials and provides high quality products due to the volumetric reduction of the pressed material. The method can be used for the design of products made of ceramic, metal, graphite powders, sitall, ferrites, abrasive materials, as well as in the production of refractory products. Il. 2, bibliography: 12 titles.
