The effect of air cooling of the front surface of wall ceramics melted by a plasma torch on the physical, mechanical and decorative properties of the glaze layer has been studied. A technology for powdering glaze powder with an air jet on the melted surface of wall ceramics has been developed. Tab. 2, ill. 1, bibliography: 16 titles.
The phase composition of fused hollow corundum microspheres is investigated. The problem of the presence of foreign phases and their removal is considered. The effect of heat treatment on the phase composition of microspheres has been studied. Il. 2, bibliography: 6 titles.
The process of deposition of coatings based on g-Al 2 O 3 on highly porous ceramic materials with a cellular structure is considered. The application was carried out by impregnating the samples with boehmite gels obtained by hydrothermal treatment of freshly precipitated aluminum hydroxide. The possibility of increasing the specific surface area of ??highly porous ceramic materials with a cellular structure from 0.1 to 4-9 m 2 / g is shown. Tab. 2, ill. 3, bibliography: 8 titles.
A local species of diopside rock was investigated with the aim of using it in the compositions of ceramic tiles. The peculiarities of sintering and phase formation of ceramics at the combination of diopside rock with local clays of Khakassia have been established. A diagram has been developed for the selection of the composition of the slab masses with the required degree of sintering. The properties of tiles for different purposes of optimal compositions are given. Tab. 2, ill. 4, bibliography: 5 titles.
The possibility of reinforcing ceramic materials based on zirconium dioxide and phosphate binders has been investigated. The effect on the flexural strength of the pressing pressure, the S / L ratio, the manufacturing method, the content and type of the reinforcing substance and various modifications of the initial substance is shown. Tab. 4, ill. 3, bibliography: 5 titles.
The results of X-ray diffraction studies of single crystals of silicon carbide a-SiC (6H) and a new, previously unknown modification of g-SiC with a rhombic lattice are presented. The parameters of the rhombic lattice are related to the parameter a of the hexagonal and cubic lattices of SiC as follows: a p = a r , b p = 3a r , from p = 3a to . Bibliography: 14 titles.
Based on the study of the main physical and chemical processes occurring in the system clay - water - surfactants, the possibility of using cutting fluids in the production of building ceramics without significant changes in the technological process is shown. At the same time, a reduction in the duration of drying, savings in thermal energy, and a decrease in rejects are achieved. Tab. 2, ill. 4, bibliography: 10 titles.
Using the method of M?ssbauer spectroscopy, a change in the color of clay minerals from the main chromophore - iron, its valence, coordination number, closest environment and the nature of the distortion of the coordination polyhedron - was established. The color of the clay of the Gzhel deposit depends on the set of phases of various colors present in them and their quantitative content. Tab. 6, ill. 3, bibliography: 6 titles.
A comparative analysis of the compositions and properties of plastic and mobile slips is given. It is noted that in order to increase the competitiveness of domestic products in the world market and the transition to the production of sanitary ware of modern design, it is necessary to make a transition from a plastic slip to a lean one. Bibliography: 1 titles.
Calculation of temperature fields for solid and tubular chromium-lanthanum electric heaters is presented. A triple diagram "heater temperature - furnace temperature - specific surface power" has been developed for heaters of common sizes in the range of 1000 - 2000 ° C. Il. 3, bibliography: 15 titles.
