The technology of engobing of wall ceramics by the method of plasma spraying of powders of white-burning clays and kaolins with a fractional composition of 30 - 250 microns has been developed. Tab. 4, ill. 1, bibliography: 7 titles.
The possibility of obtaining pigments of various colors by replacing a part of aluminum oxide in the base charge with chromium or iron oxides is shown. Tab. 4, bibliography: 6 titles.
The results of obtaining a crystal glaze with a decorative aventurine effect are presented. The glaze synthesis was carried out using a simplex-lattice method of experiment planning based on a frit containing Na 2 O, B 2 O 3 and SiO 2 . It was found that the aventurine effect is caused by hematite crystals. Il. 3, bibliography: 3 titles.
The analysis of the most convenient methods for ceramics technology to control the homogeneity of the distribution of components in mixtures and porosity (or dissimilar components) over the volume of the product material is carried out. A fairly rigorous and simple method for assessing the homogeneity of mixtures (samples) based on a hierarchical approach and statistical assessment of the accuracy of determining the concentration of a key component in mixture samples has been proposed. Bibliography: 14 titles.
The features of the formation of the contact zone in the glaze - ceramics system are considered depending on the temperature-time parameters of heat treatment. The distribution of cations Si 4+ , Ca 2+ , Zr 4+ , and Al 3+ in a glazed muffled coating has been studied. and ceramic base. The course of diffusion processes due to the viscous flow of glazed glass has been established. Tab. 1, ill. 4, bibliography: 7 titles.
The results of a study of the sintering process of two ceramic masses of the same type from three types of illite-containing fusible clays with additions of nepheline syenite and synthetic pseudo-wollastonite are presented. The expediency of using several types of clays of the same type with different mineralogical and granulometric compositions for expanding the sintering interval is shown. Tab. 2, ill. 4, bibliography: 2 titles.
Acid-resistant ceramics based on basaltoid rocks of the Akchinsky intrusion have been developed. The technological aspects of its production are considered, the charge compositions of ceramic masses and the performance properties of products are given.
The features of mechanoactivation processes during the modification of electrocorundum powder and gels with silicon alkoxide are considered. When grinding Al 2 O 3 with the addition of silicon alkoxide, the processes of activation of the reagents Al 2 O 3 and SiO 2 with the creation of an intermediate self-organized complex in which the mechanochemical processes of their interaction with the formation of mullite take place. Il. 5, bibliography: 12 titles.
The processes of chemical co-precipitation of calcium, strontium, cadmium and zirconium salts have been investigated. It is shown that co-alkaline deposition leads to the formation of zirconates, which, as a result of heat treatment, form stable solid solutions. Tab. 1, ill. 3, bibliography: 8 titles.
